Set rampage by pulling with your knight.  Heal MT with a rot.  Depending on gear of your warrior, pause for rot can range from 35 to 50.  Be ready to pickup and kill adds at 75%, 50%, and 25%.  Recommend leaving casters on Lodi and having melee peel off for adds.
