Spawns adds starting at 90% and then every 15%.  These adds cannot be controlled in anyway.  The adds will target lock to Grieg's target.

Strategy Notes

Once adds start spawning, start kiting Grieg.  He aggro locks on his target once adds start to spawn.  He moves very quickly, but does NOT summon.
